Please read and sign the terms and conditions of your pet’s holiday, you will receive your own copy.
- COSTS: Fees will be charged per calendar day, when you deliver your pet and collect your pet during the first day and last day of its stay, the whole amount of the first and last day is payable.
- A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay with us will be payable on booking confirmation by return of post. The total amount will be payable 14 days before the commencement of your pets stay with us.
- Cancellations. Should you cancel your pets stay with us your deposit of 50% will be non refundable and you may incur a further charge depending on the amount of notice given, this will be left to discretion by ourselves and whether the vacancy can be filled but will be no more than the total amount payable.
- COLLECTION & DELIVERY: Please ensure you are here at the agreed time to collect your pet! Late charges may apply.
- Pets will be met by us before they stay, if we feel it necessary.
- We have the right to refuse to board your pet without explanation.
- Please bring your pets beds if they have one and their favourite toy.
- Please bring enough food, treats and medication (if applicable) with your pet to last the duration of its stay and a list of feeding times. If they receive any extra treats during the day we can treat your pet as they would be treated at home.
- You will be responsible for all vets fees and medication expenses resulting in your dog visiting the vets whilst in our care.
- Last but not least, don’t worry about your pet they will be spoilt rotten!!!
